THE PRINCIPALS
Mint was founded in 2006 by Dorothy Zalewski and Monica Tolczyk. We met at Unilever where we led creative development for major launches and restages for Axe, Rave, Suave, Dove, Degree, just to name a few. The name MINT was chosen since it reflects the core philosophy of the agency:
